Fast Warm-Up, Economical Printing: A new fuser section gives you a warm-up time of less than 2 minutes. First-copy/print output is just 8.4 seconds in B&W, 11.7 seconds in color. And a high-capacity B&W toner cartridge gives you more economical printing for everyday needs.

Simitri® Color Polymerized Toner: Exclusive Konica Minolta technology uses ultra-fine particles of smaller size and more consistent shape for crisper images and improved text legibility.

Secure User Box Functionality: Konica Minolta leads the industry in User Box flexibility -- and the bizhub C250P lets you save, print, route, move and copy documents to any of 1,000 User Boxes that can be password protected and secured by User Authentication and Account Track. 3,350-Sheet Capacity: High paper capacity allows longer unattended operation; you can handle versatile paper weights up to 140 lb. index stock in multi-purpose cassette and manual bypass, print 11” x 17” originals on paper sizes to 12” x 18” to preserve color bars, crop marks and margins, even print envelopes and glossy stock.

Auto Duplex Unit: You can automatically duplex up to 140 lb. index stock, saving paper by copying or printing on both sides of each sheet.

Advanced Finishing Options: You can choose options for sorting and grouping, multi-position stapling, 2-hole/3-hole punching, even booklet-making for up to 60-page crease-folded, saddle-stitched booklets.
